I take every effort to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
How do you handle payments
Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Purchasing with a deposit
If you would like to purchase an original painting over £500 you are welcome to purchase in stages. A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to hold your painting. The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging this.
This is not a credit scheme, but an arrangement on trust, at no extra cost to you. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for me to prepare your artwork for dispatch. This includes careful packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Delivery Method: I use Royal Mail or a reliable courier service for the delivery of artwork. For larger or more valuable pieces, a tracked and signed-for service will be used.

Delivery Time: UK deliveries typically take 2-5 business days from dispatch.

International Delivery

Buyer Arranges Courier: For all international orders, buyers are required to arrange courier services in consultation with me to ensure the safe delivery of the artwork.

I will provide the necessary packaging and ensure the artwork is ready for collection by your chosen courier.

Once the courier is confirmed, I will coordinate with them to schedule the pickup and ensure the artwork is prepared and dispatched securely.

Packaging: The artwork will be carefully wrapped and prepared for international shipping with protective materials suited to its size and nature.
Customs and Import Duties: Any customs or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to understand any additional costs.
Packaging
Your artwork will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

Prints & Works on Paper are either carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube or flat-packed with protective materials.

Original artworks are wrapped in protective layers and packed securely in reinforced boxes.
Customs & Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of potential costs
What if my painting arrives and I don't like it
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return agreement.
If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged
If your artwork arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact me immediately at jparkerartistcontact@gmail.com I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
What about overseas returns
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
